However, as a new driver, you may first have to go for some driving school or some of the companies may also agree to acquire you some of the experience by driving their vehicles, which might be a relatively smaller. However, there are a lot of companies who won’t entertain this kind of gesture and they would go for some experienced person for their specialized jobs. 

However, if you are a new driver and getting a chance to server for a company in some trucking jobs , then you must consider doing it, despite the fact as what they are paying to you. This is really important for you to have some experience as without the experience you might not be able to sustain in this field and may not be able to excel.
